Fees &  Frequently Asked Questions

What are your fees?  My fee is $160 for the initial intake evaluation, and $130 per 55 minute individual session thereafter. Fees are collected in full at each session. I am an in network provider for the insurance providers listed on the right. If you have another insurance provider, it may be worthwhile to explore whether your plan covers out-of-network providers. To find out whether your insurance company would reimburse you for our sessions, you can contact your company and ask these questions: 

1. Do I have out-of-network benefits to see a mental health counselor?
2. If so, what percentage do you cover?
3. What is the deductible, and how much of the deductible have I met?
4. What is my co-pay for a session if I see an out-of-network provider?
5. How many sessions are covered, and in what time period?
6. How do I access the form(s) needed to submit a request for reimbursement?

If you find that you have out-of-network benefits, I ask that you pay me directly, and I will provide you with a receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
